At DRG Builders LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and materials. This policy outlines our approach to returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Due to the nature of construction and building services:
Services already completed are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with any work carried out, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to repair, correct, or rectify any defects or issues within an agreed timeframe.
Deposits paid to secure work or schedule projects are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stage payments are required as outlined in your quotation or contract.
Failure to make payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
If materials are supplied as part of your project:
Returns may be accepted only if unused and in original condition, subject to supplier policies.
Custom-made or special-order materials cannot be returned or refunded.
Any restocking or return charges imposed by suppliers may be deducted from your refund.
You may cancel a project before work begins by providing written notice.
Any costs already incurred (e.g., materials purchased, labour booked) will be deducted from any refund.
Once work has started, cancellations may result in partial or no refund, depending on progress.
If you believe work is faulty:
Notify us within 7 days of discovering the issue
We will inspect and, where appropriate, provide a repair or correction at no additional cost
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear
Where a refund is agreed:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
