1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to DRG Builders LTD

• “Client” refers to the person or entity engaging the Company

• “Works” refers to all building, construction, and related services provided

2. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Quotations are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to change if project details change.

• Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be charged separately.

3. Acceptance of Work

• Acceptance of a quotation (written or verbal) forms a binding agreement.

• The Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions upon acceptance of the quotation.

4. Pricing & Payment

• A deposit may be required before work commences.

• Payments are to be made in stages as agreed in the quotation or contract.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the Works.

• Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of work.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project information

• Ensure access to the site during agreed working hours

• Obtain any necessary permissions, planning approvals, or permits unless otherwise agreed

• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available where required

6. Variations

• Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing.

• Variations may affect cost and completion timelines.

7. Timeframes

• Estimated start and completion dates are provided as guidance only.

• The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

8. Materials

• Materials will be supplied as specified in the quotation unless substitutions are necessary.

• The Company reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality where required.

9. Workmanship

• The Company will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.

• Any defects must be reported within a reasonable time.

• The Company will rectify defects attributable to its workmanship within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Cancellations

• The Client may cancel work prior to commencement in writing.

• Costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be payable.

• Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in partial or no refund depending on progress.

11. Liability

• The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the contract.

• The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• The Company is not responsible for pre-existing defects or issues not identified prior to commencement.

12. Health & Safety

• The Company complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

• The Client must ensure the site is safe and free from hazards not disclosed to the Company.

13. Insurance

• The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage.

• Details can be provided upon request.

14. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate work if:

  • Payment terms are not met

  • The Client breaches these Terms

  • Site conditions are unsafe

15. Ownership of Materials

• Materials supplied remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

16. Force Majeure

• The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

17. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
